-- A Quick Catch-Up With My Favorite People --
Wait, Where Did Libbey Go?!
It has been almost two months since I have talked to you all! TWO MONTHS TOO LONG! Time sure has flown by these past few months. I can't believe it is already October and winter is upon us.
So many people have asked me why I'm posting less regarding cookies lately. The simple answer is that junior year has been an absolute whirlwind! Between fieldwork at three different elementary schools, keeping up with homework, and frequenting the local Starbucks, my time for cookie decorating has diminished significantly. It absolutely pains me to say "no" to so many order inquiries, but the orders I am able to squeeze into my schedule become even more special. For example, I'm baking a small set of custom cookies tomorrow for one of the most exciting life events and I literally can't contain my joy!!
I'm here to inform you that cookies are still being made and orders are still being accepted! However, my schedule is so wild that if you are dreaming up some custom cookies, make sure to message me sooner rather than later! If you think you are asking too early, let me assure you that you aren't. Now that this is out of the way, let's do some life and cookies updates!
Recent Cookie Projects? Yeah, We've got some of those!
Since my last blog post in August, I've made a few more custom cookie sets that are just too fun not to share!
*Click on pictures for clearer images :)
- Volleyballs: Starting off strong with the volleyball cookies! I love how the weave design came out. I made a variation of these cookies at the same time last year and I was thrilled to see some major progress. Straighter lines, cleaner edges, and more vibrant colors. See for yourself!

- Soccer Balls: Not going to lie, probably won't ever be accepting a soccer ball order again. Who knew that the design was so hard to draw, let alone pipe?! My hands were absolutely killing me and the mental exertion was at an all-time high. All of this to say, I think I executed them the best that I could do! If you see a line off-center or out of place, please don't tell me. I'm just happy to be done:)
This smile is case in point why I love what I do!!

- Princess Party: I love, love, love, did I say, love, these cookies! Where was the custom cookie lady when I was a kid? All of my princess dreams would've come true in an instant! Princesses dresses, crowns, what more could you want? A new set, a new favorite!

- A White Wedding: Ending with a classic white wedding set! The newest design was my "miss to mrs" cookie which turned out beautifully. Don't forget about the frilly, sprinkled heart cookie! Simple, yet stunning.
Libbey Life Update? Yes, Please!
What haven't I been up to lately? In the search for a knitting circle, being inspired by little children, baking lots of pumpkin bread, taking fall hikes with friends, bonding with Larry, and the list goes on! (But seriously, if someone is in a knitting circle, please let me know) Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the last two months!

I really enjoyed quickly updating you all about what is going on in my life! I can't promise weekly blog posts, but I can promise you that I will do my best to let you all in on my ongoing projects. Life gets busy, but you can always make time for what you want to make time for. Also, for my Starbucks-loving friends, buy a pumpkin spice latte tomorrow and receive some temporary tattoos! 20-year anniversary of the best drink ever, yes, please! Hope to see y'all there!
*Starbucks, will you sponsor me now?
